1. Service Overview

Kotobridge ("the Service") is a language learning platform powered by AI-generated audio. We provide learning content including conversations, grammar explanations, vocabulary, and quizzes.

2. Accounts

Some features require signing in with a Google account or a login link sent by email. You are responsible for maintaining secure access to the Google account or email address you use.

3. Pricing Plans

All lesson text is public, whether or not you sign in or make a purchase. Audio is available for lessons 1-5 to guests and free members, and for all lessons to members with an active Bridge Pro plan.

Bridge Pro is offered at $5.99 monthly, $49.99 annually, or $99.99 for three years. Payments are processed through Stripe.

4. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically and can be managed or canceled through the Stripe Customer Portal. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. The three-year plan is paid upfront, does not renew automatically, and ends when its three-year access period expires. Refunds are generally not provided, except where required by law.

5. Content Usage

All content provided by the Service (audio, text, images, etc.) is copyrighted. You may use it solely for personal learning purposes. Redistribution, commercial use, and creation of derivative works are prohibited.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our content is generated using AI technology. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee complete accuracy. Please use it as a learning reference.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

- Misuse of the service or reverse engineering
- Interfering with other users
- Unauthorized copying or redistribution of content
- Automated mass access
- Any activity that violates applicable laws

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or content errors to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be modified as needed. We will notify you of significant changes through the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
