今
今 means “now” in 今行きましょう and 今始めましょう, setting the time for the action. It commonly comes before an action when suggesting that it happen immediately, such as when inviting someone to act now.
行きましょう
行きましょう is the invitation “let’s go” in 今行きましょう. It is the ましょう form of 行く, used when suggesting that the speaker and listener do the action together; use this form when proposing that someone leave or move with you.
一緒
一緒 means “together” in 一緒に食べましょう and 私と一緒に来てください. It is commonly used with に in 一緒に to emphasize a shared action, for example when inviting someone to do something together.
に
In 一緒に食べましょう, に combines with 一緒 to express togetherness; the whole phrase means “let’s eat together.” A reliable reuse pattern is 一緒に followed by an action when describing something done together.
食べましょう
食べましょう is the invitation “let’s eat” in 一緒に食べましょう. It is the ましょう form of 食べる, used to suggest eating together, such as when inviting someone to share a meal.
始めましょう
始めましょう means “let’s start” in 今始めましょう. It is the ましょう form of 始める, used to suggest beginning an activity together; use it when proposing that an activity begin.
ここ
ここ means “here” in ここで止めましょう and identifies the place relevant to the action. It is useful when referring to the current place, especially in the pattern ここで followed by an action.
で
In ここで止めましょう, で marks ここ as the place where the proposed action happens; the whole phrase means “let’s stop here.” A reliable reuse pattern is a place followed by で and then an action.
止めましょう
止めましょう proposes “let’s stop” in ここで止めましょう. It is the ましょう form of 止める, and ここで specifies where the stopping is proposed; use it when suggesting that the current action should stop at a particular place.
私
私 refers to the speaker as “me” in 私と一緒に来てください and 私を待ってください. The following particle shows its role: 私と means “with me,” while 私を marks the person being waited for.
と
In 私と一緒に来てください, と connects 私 with the action as “with me.” A reusable pattern is a person followed by と一緒に and then an action when asking someone to do something together.
来て
来て is the form used for “come” in 私と一緒に来てください. It is the て-form of 来る and comes before ください to make a polite request; use the pattern [verbて]ください when asking someone to do an action.
ください
ください makes 私と一緒に来てください a polite request, meaning “please come with me.” It follows a て-form here, so [verbて]ください is a reusable pattern for politely asking someone to do something.
を
In 私を待ってください, を marks 私 as the person directly affected by the action in the request. A reliable reuse pattern is a person followed by を when the action takes that person as its object.
待って
待って is the form used for “wait” in 私を待ってください. It is the て-form of 待つ and combines with ください to make a polite request; use the pattern [verbて]ください when asking someone to wait or perform another action politely.
